Love Lake Ridge!

We absolutely LOVE Lake Ridge. It’s such a beautiful community. There’s underground parking, walking paths, and nice outside ... space to grill and relax. It’s also very quiet! We love that it is very pet friendly as well. There’s spacious balcony/patio space and the landscaping is kept in great condition! Excellence Personified

I have lived at Lakeridge for almost 6 months. I won’t write a review until I believe the “honeymoon” period is over. Am ... I "JUST" getting the best customer service as a new tenant? I can say no! I consistently receive incredible customer service. Jennifer and Reinanda (in the office)…. have been really great to work with. Their follow up and communication is impressive. When I put in a maintenance ticket or just need help with something, I feel comfortable approaching either of them. They are friendly, caring and have helped me feel at home. One example of the incredible attention they give to their tenants: I was using the fitness center and could not figure out how the tv worked so I could watch cable during my workout. I called the office and expressed my concerns. Reinanda took the time to come to my apartment with the remote to show me how to use it. Fantastic!
